keep da faith, brudda..... in 98 we (asa) rejected the first TA then something that no one saw coming happened. Delta hired a bunch of our mechanics in a short period of time, it caused the FAA to come down hard on ASA management to the tune of "fix it, or we are shutting you down next week" When Delta got a hold of this it was the final straw, and Delta threaten to take away the DCI flying if they didn't get there house in order.
less then a month later, new T/A and shortly there after, a new contract.
I know this is not directly related to your company, my point is, that you never know what is right around the corner.
