Raise the dues rate on OT flying during a ban. 50% should work nicely. Special assessment to assist furloughed pilots and their families.

Can the company even offer up OT flying if there is a furlough? Seems if the ban is written in the contract, it would be a violation for UPS to solicit volunteers at all.

Any and all retribution, harassment, and justice would be delivered from the offending person's peers and crew mates, without an official directive from the IPA.

Well, I'm not a lawyer, but I don't really see what is libel about it. It would just be a simple list of names. There wouldn't be any official "harassment" directly from the IPA.

I would love to see a list of those crewmembers that violate the OT/JA ban. However, I believe Brownie is absolutely right. For that reason alone, I don't think "a list" would ever be generated by the union to "out" the offenders.
