When someone cries about how much another is making here, it rings of envy. As long as he's coloring within the lines, it's no business of anybody how much he makes. It does bother me when poor performance is rewarded with promotion, though.

I'm not envious of how much they are making, just disappointed in the fact that a block rep would do this when the SIG and NC committee have stated that the company is artificially reducing BLG's by reducing reserve coverage in the bid pack and counting on guys flying beyond BLG to make up the difference. As far as coloring within the lines goes, I don't think talking about shared sacrifice and then continually flying 20+ hours over BLG and not protecting min days off is staying inside the lines. Just my opinion. Just like your opinion of WR, but obviously someone disagreed with you.
