Just seeing some of the numbers shown in this thread and hearing other people talk around the AOC, it seems like the union's numbers may be significantly low. Discounting the backwards movement by a large number of pilots, the impact of 4a2b alone might be quite a bit larger than the union estimates. Hence, the company has even less impetus to restore our Min BLG. Fattening the bottom line seems to be the only thing the corporation is good at anymore. Lots of disgruntled folks walking around, and they are not all pilots.
Based on what my actual BLGs have been, compared to the CBAs min BLG of 68/85...I'm down $19,000 for 2009.
I figure that's what they owe me, plus $1330 for my B-plan.

Just curious...
When is the arbitrator projected to make a decision on the legality/or not of 4a2b?
If the arbitrator decides in favor of the pilots, will you guys get back-pay for the last 6(?) months you've been under 4a2b?

When someone cries about how much another is making here, it rings of envy. As long as he's coloring within the lines, it's no business of anybody how much he makes. It does bother me when poor performance is rewarded with promotion, though.
