I beg to differ. The fact that they illegally reduced our GUARANTEE is a cut in pay anytime we make less than normal BLG (68/84)! Plain and simple! So, any month they pay me less than 68/84CH, that amount, at a minimum, is a pay cut.

Well, one way to think of 4a2b is that our "contribution" during the "economic downturn" has enabled the Company to reinstate to other employee groups what was taken from them.

I approve all pilots for a great big BZ.

Without their contributions over the last year and, soon, in 2010, we wouldn't have been able to reinstate merit raises and approve higher dividends.

BTW, did anyone bother to read the provisions posted on the website? Even hourlys are still getting bent over here. This is comical and a 'christmas bonus' to management once again.
