FDX VTO's

The company builds VTO's to a higher hour amount than RLG.
If this is true are 15 days reserve on a VTO worth more than a Reserve line?

Is this a "trick question"?

25.D.2.e Secondary lines shall be constructed to comply with the provisions of Section 25.D.1.b. through D.1.e. (Regular line construction parameters), provided, however, that a secondary line constructed as a reserve line shall comply with the provisions of Section 25.D.3. (Reserve line construction parameters).

A secondary line built entirely of "R" days is just another Reserve line for pay purposes

No.

Reserves days built on a VTO have the same value as a reserve day on an RLG schedule.

Scheduling is seriously diluting and spreading the flying so thin (at least in the -11) that we have less than 10% of lines that are reserve. This is complete 4.A.2.b crap and the guys bidding massive carryover and not protecting days are helping the company 200% for straight pay. We are our own worst enemy and some guys just aren't getting the big pictures at all.

BEWARE is you bid reserve, you will without a doubt hit 75% if not get maxed out.
