Wow JJ thanks for splainin it to me, although I believe I understand it perfectly. I have no problem with guys sticking around. I do have a problem with they way the rule was changed. And I do have a problem with the same guys working the rule change working the 25K bonus for themselves and not foreseeing the rule change. Amazingly shortsighted or greedy? There is a question you can answer for me.
As for me I figure I will have to work about 2 extra years to make up for the pay loss the rule change cost me.
