Isn't that what FH always advocates?
"What's good for us senior guys is good for us senior guys!"

I respectfully disagree.
I am very junior in my seat and about 60% in the company. But my long term goal is to be able to work almost month on and month off. What is wrong with working 100 hours one month (although I can't now), and then take the next month off to fish, hunt, chase momma around the house... One of the still great things about working at FedEx is the flexability of when I want to work.
Sure makes that loooong commute easier If I only have to do it half as many times.
Lets not take that away, Please

OK, so any hours over 80 (75, 95, 105) this month can get credited to next months pay or get put into your vacation bank at the end of the year. Hint; acation bank buy back cap remains in place.

Just like every web or banking site they just need to distort the numbers you have to enter so a computer can't read it. Obviously they don't mind the bots. I know there is a limited number of times you can view OT but that number must be pretty high.

We need rules in our CBA that protect us from ourselves.

Lets make this real hard to spite a bunch of old farts.
Max flexability is what I think, in my humble opinion, is most desirable. Lets don't make this too hard. Unintended consequences and all. That's all I am saying................
Be careful what you wish for, you may get it

Again what is wrong with a Cap where the extra hours carry over into the next month. Or at the pilots choice they go into his vacation bank that is capped with a max buy back. This will allow you to chase momma > 180 days a month.
This is not to spite the geezers this is to protect the membership from all the greedy rat ba$tards.

You sound like Obama and quite frankly a socialist. Cap this, cap that, protect us from greedy people, yada, yada. This is America, if someone wants to go out and work their butt off vs. chasing momma for > 180 days, so be it.
I must be a greedy ba$tard. Last month I had to put a new 15k roof on the house and had to work extra. The month before that I put 8k worth of braces in the kids mouths. The month before that the dog got hit by a car and I had to pay a 7k vet bill. Does this make me a greedy ba$tard? I don't think so. I'm just trying to play the cards I'm being dealt.
So take your socialistic attitude somewhere else. I don't care what "other" airlines do and how they do it. I only care about my family and my job, that's it. Call me greedy if you must, but don't tell me I can't work to cover my expenses.

Well if they do have crap happen, providing they have m/u in their bank, they'll be able to cover it. If you get your way, the kids would have 3 teeth in their head and the dog would be tango uniform, but at least we'd all be a great "team".
