Default Atlas Air J/S

Does anyone have a good phone no. to get the j/s or talk to dispatch at Atlas? Schedules? etc. I had a hell of a time trying to get through to some one from HKG last week. The ALPA no.'s I had for Atlas kept asking for an access no? or ID no? and would disconnect me everytime? PM me...Thanks

I like that someone like me might be able to request a jumpseat online ... is there a master flight schedule somewhere? Thanks

I've used Atlas and Polar to jumpseat back to Oz and the Far East numerous times over the last 8 years.

The only way you'll find out what the schedule is, is if you know a crew member or fill out the OAL request form. Once you fill out the form, you'll get an email from the lady in NY who deals with OAL requests. She'll also give you any phone numbers for Ops in whatever city you're catching a flight.

The hardest part has always been working out where to meet the crew. Once you manage that, the rest is easy.

I did the request through NY/email. She replied quickly and let me know the scheds they had. Like previously stated just gotta figure out the rally point with the crew.

I would start with the Ops phone number. Given them a call a day or two out and ask where (and when) the meeting point is for the crew. Unfortunately every city is different.

Feel free to PM me. I will pass along whatever info I have.

Shame on you. You have amazing JS coordinators over there, they work to keep your jumpseat agreements valid and active for you. Your tagline suggests you are with FedEx, so get in touch with Rich and he'll give you all the details. He'll also give you the jumpseater's website that lists all the numbers and procedures you're asking for... for all the airlines.

Good luck,
Ronin

JZ.. Any luck with numbers or information? I'm listed on Polar for Thur (ANC-HKG) but the e-mail confirmation said nothing but I'm listed on flt XXX

Any ANC Polar info would be a great help trying to catch a jumpseat. Thanks.

P.S. Great meeting you the other day in HKG and showing me your place. I decided to rent in Soho...but thanks!

How many seats are usually available? And the likelihood of getting bumped by them repositioning crew?
