Default Can offline jumpseaters get on intl flights?

I read the guides for offline jumpseaters that Fedex and UPS have on their JS website and I think it said that jumpseaters were not allowed on intl flights. But I distinctly remember some guys saying in another thread (which I can't find now) that they've jumpseated on cargo carriers internationally and supposedly it's the best kept secret. So exactly which cargo carriers permit offline jumpseaters? Specifically, I have to get to KIX (from the east coast.) If there are any could someone kindly give me the number/website where I can look up flights/list?

We only allow people with a valid Student Pilot certificate to J/S.

Atlas, Polar, Kalitta, the ACMI's will take you. UPS and FedEx can't

UAL goes to KIX out of SFO, at least they did.

I remember the recommendation of a forged passport, however, if you have a valid passport it helps to show up smelling of booze.

I have found that showing up at the counter with the drink in your hand almost always works

If we told you how it wouldn't be one of the best kept secrets anymore
