What news was out that made FedEx stock go up almost $4.50 today?

FedEx announced more cost-cutting measures in anticipation of expected reduced revenues in the second half of this year.

Rumor is the Senate version of the FAA Reauthorization Bill has the status quo for Fedex in regards to the RLA.

But then again, UPS was up almost 5% today as well.
