When the CHs on lines goes down, the number of flying lines goes up and the number of reserve lines go down.

They are mining data to come up with right mix. If reserves aren't getting utilized often enough then we must have too many.

And the more flying lines, the lower the blg. The company is dropped thr reseve lines very low. If guys that have vacation bid reserve orguys planning on military leave bid reserve, it will be difficult to fill trips.

If you're talking about dropping military orders after the VTO lines come out, you have a point. A lack of reserve coverage for that possibility could be costly.

But for vacation it's a wash.

Vacation drops a trip = VTO gets a trip
Vacation drops reserve = VTO gets reserve days
