Default FedEx SmartPost

I just used FedEx SmartPost. I did not know about it before I used it, but it is really cheap, and very nice. You get a Fedex tracking number, so you can watch your shipment move, and it gets delivered by your postman, not Fedex. Anyway, I shipped a couple pound box from NY to Memphis, took two days and the cost was under four dollar. Just posting this because I doubt most of us knew about this service. I didn't, but I like it.

Did you go to a FedEx Office/Kinko's, or do you have to go to a FedEx "Staffed" facility?

Went to FedEx Office (Kinko's) today and they knew nothing about this. No airbills, etc. I'm also curious how to get this process rolling. Help, please!

Looks to me like it is only available by contract and not to the general public.

1800GoFedex

Everything I read on the net says it sucks, and everything else says it's contract/pickup only.
