Dont complain. The same guy who got hired when I did here at UPS is light years ahead. Almost 20% ahead in Seniority. We move up around 20 to 30 a year! I will soon be a FO here instead of the Wasting three to four days a month commuting to Alaska. While a Wide body Captain there. 1994 Hire.

Sadly, much of the movement is because of deaths, not retirements.

You mean 24 or more active pilots died this year? Didn't hear about most of those. Are you sure?
