I'm optimistic. 100 million in give backs is a crap load of money. UPS would be stupid to pass up that money grab. By the time they got everybody trained and moved it would be time to recall and train and move all over again. Also, if UPS were gong to furlough They would have done it last week. If I'm wrong, get out your spoons.

Obviously it's going to Pass. It doesn't take 5 days to talk about it if not. My prediction is No Furloughs and UPS gets to implement Art. 14. No Bidding for the DC8 pilots on the Aircraft they want. Reduction in Force I think they call it.

Do you think they can implement Art. 14 if it passes. There will be many an ANC capt./ contributor who would be upset about that, if so.
Back to the topic - I think it will pass based on the extensions by the Co., & the amount of savings.
However, the last time I voted on the winning side of anything was Clinton's second P run. So, based on my track record it is going down.

No i'm very confident but again my source isn't the decision maker he just gets the first hand news. I'm just wondering if the optimisim is at 67% or 100.
