Of course, FedEx and UPS are both the tops and I wouldn't leave either for the other, FedEx just happened to call me first.
Also, it could be worse, you could be wearing those stupid Blue shirts and ties like JetBlue. Makes them look like flight attendants.

I actually thought I had a better chance at FedEx but UPS called first.

Uh, yeah.....I'd much rather be wearing the UPS uniform than the Jetblue one.....LOL!

I liked the blue shirts because they didn't show ring-around-the-collar as much as the white ones do, and they made for a more comfortable back-end deadhead, after having worked all night.

I remember those "canary yellow" shirts, but my recollection was that they were more like "urine yellow", although I only wore them for a year. Besides, I never looked good in Brown.

Well, they were urine colored <g> But they were labeled 'canary' and hid coffee stains better than white

I suspect they were urine colored to complement that particular shade of brown...

Just remember what it took to make that Brown uniform and the job that goes with it more than a bad joke. The mutual aid plan was a product of how crappy the disability plan was. Take a little time to thank an 88 guy for the quality of the job.

The color was ecru and the issue shirt cost 45.00 and was worth 5.00.
The only people at UPS allowed to wear a white shirt where management as per Lee Wallace. According to the old Frontier pilots he used to wear a long sleeved white shirt when he drove his tractor on his farm after he went into management.
