That is good SOP as well! I assume you are senior enough to not be stuck on reserve. Bottom line is we will only return to normal pay guarantee when we decide it is time, otherwise we leave it to the bean counters and manglers who can justify lower guarantees for LOTS of reasons and all they have to do is utter a word and it is so!

How about this one: "Now that we are in need of hiring pilots, bringing on new equipment, routes etc (you fill in the blank)..the Company can only make that happen under 4.a.2.b. in order to make it feasible so we would like ALPA to agree to continue ops under 4.A.2.B". When we say no, they will blame us for not getting the A330F or 767 or a new route etc.

I wanted to pick up an X pairing that was frozen so I watched it continuously for about an hour last night/early am. The trip (RFO) was assigned while it was still in Fz status AND another X pairing trip that had been assigned earlier in the evening mysteriously appeared at the same time the Fz trip was assigned. The whole thing looked very conspicuous to me......
