Indeed not...singular/plural forms are certainly interchangeable in these here parts. "How be you?" "I be fine."
It is also acceptable to transpose letters in certain words, such as: ask/aks, ain't it?

In Texas, if there is a group of people, it would be all y'all.

Tha be true. "Y'all" is singular, whilst "all y'all" is indeed, plural. At least in the South, tha'd be the way it is.

Do you mean like a guy who's trying to "teach" me how to fly into Almaty or Hong Kong but has never actually been there himself? Nah, I would never want that kind of guy in my schoolhouse...

Plus, if you try and do both front enders and F/E's in the same sim period there will be lot's of negative training as both will make errors that compound and create a poor learning environment.
I don't buy that. I went through 727 back seat training with UAL back in 2000. We had the same pilot crew through the whole sim phase. We all simmed together; two front enders and two second officers. There was no 'negative training' and we learned quite a bit about line operations. All our squares were filled and I felt totally prepared for IOE. Much like I did here, but we did it in about two less weeks. I'm not knocking the training here, it's excellent, but there were things that UAL did at their training department that were very good also, and very efficient.

Those that think it's still the deal to end all deals should try it for a few years. There are opportunities to make a little exta coin from time to time, but normally you have to earn it.
Thank you. I appreciate that good guys like you (and everyone else I've met in the Falcon building) step up to the plate and take these jobs to improve the product that I see on the line during IOE.

Hanging out in the training department to avoid the line for 8-10 years is a bit much.
I agree again, I just think there are quite a few inefficiencies that could be fixed and still turn out a top notch product in a few weeks less time. Without sacrificing quality.
