How does the Union/individual pilots who are affected verify compliance with the agreement?

If the Union is in possession of the virtual training letter, what stops them from publishing it?

Exactly, how are we supposed to know when to expect the POP or even if we are on the letter? It's not like the company hasn't messed up before when it's costing them something.

So what happens to the folks that bid CDG or 75 captain on the next bid if they have already started training for 09-03 because they bid to relieve?

I know in the 75 pipeline, they are asking for volunteers to take a class in three weeks Two classes for FO's are open and available in May!

That is the device that forced a lot of JR guys to postpone POP untill the company is good and ready to pay them.

Alot of excessed Capt's bid right seat of the 777 to delay their training as far out as possible, and will be hoping to get any Capt slot they can.

Any bets on if/when you'll see any secondaries vacancies filled on any of the upcoming bids (e.g. CDG in May and MEM 757 Capt in the fall)...???

Actually, the 25 757 CA bids will be on 09-04 along with CDG. Then, there will be yet ANOTHER 757/777 bid in the fall. So, lots of movement on 09-04, it would appear.

Secondaries? So they can go back to line averages of 58-62 hrs a month after a slight improvement due to the vacancy bids? I don't see that happening.

IMHO we will have an excess bid included with or shortly after the CDG bid. This one looks certain to me.

I also see an excess bid after the 757 CA bid if widebody pilots go 757. The 757 is taking flying from the 727. If the 727 CAs don't bid out then some will have to be excessed. They're already down to 58 CH for 727 CA so folks will need to go.

Same goes with another 777 bid. It will take flying away from MD11. If Airbus/Boeing bubbas bid it, could cause excess out of MD11 CA. Excess may not happen, but it will affect MD11 line averages.
