I, for one, will miss trying to "chase the whales" back into ANC after a Pacific crossing. Good luck you guys, I hope you'll be able to enjoy pax-only operations.

I recently saw a NW painted 747 boarding troops and I thought it was a -200. Are the 200's still used for pax charters? If so, there is another pax bird with an FE seat!

Yeah there are 1-2 742s based in MSP for charter work.

we still do charters in the -200's, at least throughout the rest of this year.

That's what I was thinking.... The truck/cage... Been there with him, he didn't call it whale chasing, it was a little darker and something to do with goggles and beer. Ahhh beauty was only a light switch away!!!
