I won't argue the targeted or average line values, but 59:xx is below the contractual 13 hour split.

Have we waived, or given back on this, too? Every B-727, MEM A-300, MEM MD-11 F/O, crew member that's got a VTO with a targeted high VTO value less than 61 should be asking the question.

As long as 'regular' lines fall within the 13 hour split - I think they're legal. Any ideas?
My Apr VTO line was bought up to the 13 hour max split. Anyone else with out there with same? I have another VTO line for May, I'll let you know what happens.

Are you saying the trip value of your secondary line was less than 50 something and there was a line in your pay "buying up" to the secondary line value, similar to before the enactment of the going below 68/85?

My bet is they had to buy it up to within 13 hours of the high bidpack line.

Remember, you have the right to move forward with a grievance, even if it is against the advice or wishes of ALPA. I think the members of our union are a lot more fed up with what's going on, than the attorneys in ALPA are. There might be a reason for ALPA to ask you not to file the grievance, but you’ll have to weigh the legitimacy of that reason that yourself.

Default This should be interesting

Taking a sneak peek at my VTO line award for May, I'm sitting in the 40's for CH value. The high BLG values is 70 for my seat, meaning the low should be 57... which is the lowest value I should see for my line, right? Tomorrow will be interesting. Up until this point at least, the sneak peek has always been right on so we'll see what happens tomorrow.

Sounds like somebody is going to do 3 days of reserve.

Had that happen last month on the Tuesday. By Wednesday when the lines came out I had the minimum R days added plus a "plus up" to bring me exactly to HIGH LINE-13:00.

I have had vto's the last three months. I have been bought up March and April...we will see what I get tomorrow. It has been interesting, but I have been getting a little more than RLG...so I can't complain too much.
