FedEx wins one in court

Nice comeback. I guess your speall cheker isn't working either...
I started with Fedex 15 years ago after a stint in the Air Force and 2 passenger carriers. It is by far the best job I've ever had, and hopefully the last. It's not for everybody, but childish comments like that don't contribute to the discussion at all.

"The jury ruled late Tuesday that drivers involved in a lawsuit weren't employees and thus weren't entitled to overtime and reimbursement for uniforms."
I've been under the impression that the trend in these cases was generally running against FedEx's interpretation of "Independent Contractors" Is that not the case?

I don't understand. If they're not employees, why would they need uniforms?
The Ground drivers are operating the same way. Think of the routes as a franchise of FedEx Ground with many operators buying multiple routes and employing their own drivers to complete those routes.
