The top 33 folks on the 75FO list should all bid HGK CA and would be eligible for WB CA POP. That's how many are senior to the lowest guy in HKG. They should just have HKG CA and then 75 FO in their bid. They would stay right where they are and get the POP.

IMO the senior folks in their seats are pretty well set. Why would they jump ship now when they can hold the lines of their choosing? I know I wouldn't - a few extra bucks to sit reserve wouldn't entice me. But that's me.

what if they get 27 takers for HK FO...how does that affect 09-01? ( They already had 9 takers on 09-02 plus the theoretical 27 would fill up the 36 vacancies from 09-01). Any thoughts?

I meshed the current percentiles of the 75FM and 72FM, then dropped the 129 (122 75FM's and the seven -1's) down and it looks as roughly 60-62 nuggets will be headed to the back seat...

There are 71 HKG Captains after 09-02 closed. With the current HKG vacancy bid open for 20 additional captains, how can you "create" an excess by bidding it on the vacancy bid? Seems to me that they are only going to award 20 open spots, therefore ending up with 91 captains in HKG. Am I missing something?
