20+48 of duty? Ha....

Even if this is part of a double crew, they exceed 16 block hours and are scheduled over 18 hours of duty.

This can't be legit...

That is an actual pairing. You are right, but the computer built it that way...

The DP process has the power to keep pairings off of lines, at least for a few months, without your specific request to fly them. It has the power to affect change. I'm not talking about what we try to get on the next contract or what should be, I am interested in supporting the system we have now. So what if PC can eventually rule to kill the dispute. Let him get interviewed by the NTSB for his poor decisions. Don't make those decisions for him.

So you have to ask yourself, am I helping the team or hurting the team? I don't care about your excuses why. If you are debating AND subverting the system in place I say you are hurting the team and wish you weren't on it.
