I agree. I don't think they will excess any more captains. The 75 is the only one that wasn't touched before. Many of them are senior enough to still hold WB. This would cause even more of a shake up and even more training slots.

A scenario where someone who was a Capt could fail downbid training. Good judgement, good knowledge, reasonable motivation, just not as good with his left hand as with his right. I mean.....you're used to using one hand, then have to start with the other, it just feels like someone else.

Does that warrant EOP??

small correction:

the 757 Capt & FO, and the 727 FO & SO, and HKG Capt & FO (obviously) were all NOT excessed in 09-02

not sure if that has any meaning whatsoever, but just clarifying that the 75 was NOT "the only one that wasn't touched before"
