Haven't done PilotSwap so if I'm repeating anything so be it. From the Holiday Inn go south a couple blocks to the little Shamian Island enclave. Take the middle bridge and on the first block there are two laundry places. Keep going toward the Swan Hotel and there is another one. Expensive by Chinese standards but really cheap compared to the hotels and they speak good English in that area. US consulate used to be there but moved to TinHe section of town. Hope this helps.
