Well, since nobody here is discussing long term training.....

With all these furlough predictions, should I be filling out my Home Depot application now, or should I just wait for the inevitable certified letter from UPS to arrive? I do have experience with light bulbs (dim and otherwise).

Hiring by September! Best "news" I've heard all day. Things are looking up.

I can report my last two flights from HK and PVG have yielded heavy loads: 200K and 227K respectively. So, at least the flights being flown are heavy. Has anyone flown an empty plane in the last two weeks?

I fly domestic and it seems to me that loads are better now than before and during peak. I know that there are more flights and bigger aircraft during those times, but I have not been anywhere near empty in the last month or so. I have also not had any flight cancelled from my line.
