I simply said that I'd just renewed my CFI and all of a sudden I was being attacked for doing that? I fly gliders on the side too, does that bother you too?

I'm not defensive, I like to discuss things (pretty obvious ) but in this case I simply don't know what I said that could **** anyone off... The last "conversation" I had with you was you thanking me for some jumpseat advice. Here I admitted to the crime of renewing my CFI and all hell broke loose...

Maybe it is the time of the month, bidding time that is...

No one attacked you on anything. Just a casual observation of renewing your CFI as a way to "counter" a furlough event, which to me seems a bit far-fetched.

You're right, it is far-fetched because I never meant to imply that I was renewing my CFI because I thought there will be a furlough. As I stated earlier:

"I said I renewed my CFI “just in case” but forgot to add the “sarcasm smiley” within that sentence because if you look at my previous posts I’ve been saying all along that I do not believe we will furlough."

So there you have it, hope we can move on...

SLPII,
We often move on from things that are really fun. College was a blast, but it didn't pay so I moved on<g>. Am sure instructing is alot of fun, but it doesn't pay extraordinarily well and am sure that is why many move on. If you paid someone to be a CFI in West Bell, USA, like a SWA/UPS/Fedex crewmember, would bet alot of airline pilots would quit yesterday <bg>

If we are done berating each other, can someone tell me what is the company meeting with the IPA about next week?
