Guess all those extra trips (or maybe he is out of make-up bank) can't cover the bills; looks like he is NOW trying to rent his car to make some coin.

Sit Bus FO reserve for 60 Hrs RLG, Don't fly..no open time, Get excessed and have to go to training for additional pay reduction, Rent car and Greens of Irene crashpad (also on pilotswap mid April) from fellow Bus FO flying 120 hrs+ since 4a2b went into effect.

Certainly can't answer "Who" he is. But, he seems to exemplify a particular demographic at FedEx-specifically those who can never get enough.
