Now seems to me for all the inbound Capts to Anc there would be an equal number (+1) outbound, and none of those outbound Capts are nuggets.

B1...what did u think of the appraisal price?
I lived in the house three years and made money. The appraisal price will probably be less than a loan appraisal? I believe it's based on what the house should sell for in x amount of days. I believe x was 90 days?

YouTube - Bad snocross crash
Thanks for all of your guys sympathy. Guys getting furloughed and other guys being pushed back to the right seat is really not all that humorous...

I think that is in line with gallows humor by someone who is affected (me). My friend who is not losing his capt seat or getting fired. Oh caught it before you deleted it.....................

Default Moving to ANC

Hope all those considering the move to anc understand the expense of living here.
Housing ...$$$ good for selling, not so much for buying
GAS....70 cents more than US average
Car Insurance...Double the cost over Lower 48
Property Tax...I know there's PFD but it may not be so good in the future
FOOD...Milk is crazy expensive
Most everything else just cost more by 20%

Factor in the not being able to augment the schedule so easily( under normal time) and the true cost of living here can be tight.
The above may not be true for everyone, just my view. Seems to me, one can make more ( take home) as a NB FO, than living here in ANC WB FO. Giving all that, I still enjoy living here, although for less money in my pocket. Again just my view...

Spoken like a not so senior F/O.

Ooops. I forgot. We're not supposed to make light of any of this.

Dont think seniority has much to do with it. Just the facts of living here. BOY
