Yes, I did read that before and read that to mean that specific aircraft work out of that location/base. Maybe my example isn't that wrong.

I love this, and this is exactly what our fools on the management side of the table are forgetting about...
They are losing the goodwill of the entire crewforce, and are going to force us to put truly binding language in the contract (instead of leaving it to intent and then sticking to that intent).
We will then start down the path of the Auto Industry and every other failed industry where management forced the hand of Labor, INSTEAD OF WORKING WITH LABOR.
I am truly disappointed that THEY are going in this direction!

There are 5 separate bases in Memphis.
You can make the argument that the F/O and Captain lines for a base can't be built to separate criteria based on the definition of base and the section you paraphrased.
