What's weird is that you look a lot like Tattoo at the new domicile. Sign me up and bring me a drink.

I might just do that, I'm on reserve but heck they never call. I'll let you know.

Nice Avatar... tribute to Mary F.

Did you see the races on SpeedTV last night? Great action.

RLG is going to take a big hit. Guys are still going to sit reserve for 15/19 days but they are going to be paid in the mid 50's, which equates to less than 4 hours/day....

Assuming that the company keeps the quantity of R days at the maximum level (25.D.3.b) versus keeping the R day value around 4.5.....how do we fix that language in the next contract? Specify a minimum R day value? Or, adjust the number of R days per bid period.

Maybe specify that the number of R days will be equal to 28-average days off...with a caveat that the quantity will be no greater than 15.

(would be nice if the company did the "right" thing and reduced the number of R days commensurate with the reduced workload they are forecasting for the future.....60 CH=13, 55=12, 48=10.....seems to be about the right ballpark for reduced BLGs)

How about an r day value will be no less than 4.5. If they want more R days let them pay.

Same for flexes as well. Why should they have to work the same number of days for less hours?

The line guys will get more days off with the lowered BLGs, so should the flexes.

It will be funny when all of the flex instructors quit........ I am just not seeing them work for 48-60 hours a month.
