Assuming that the company keeps the quantity of R days at the maximum level (25.D.3.b) versus keeping the R day value around 4.5.....how do we fix that language in the next contract? Specify a minimum R day value? Or, adjust the number of R days per bid period.
Maybe specify that the number of R days will be equal to 28-average days off...with a caveat that the quantity will be no greater than 15.
(would be nice if the company did the "right" thing and reduced the number of R days commensurate with the reduced workload they are forecasting for the future.....60 CH=13, 55=12, 48=10.....seems to be about the right ballpark for reduced BLGs)

It will be funny when all of the flex instructors quit........ I am just not seeing them work for 48-60 hours a month.
