Trouble getting through to FDX Jumpseat Desk
For the past hour, I've been trying to get through to the Fedex Jumpseat desk on the 866-357-5711 number. It rings for a while then says, "The person you are attempting to reach at extension XXXXX is unavailable to take your call. Please leave a message. Messages are not allowed at this extension." Does this just mean they are really busy? Or are they off for the holiday? I've only got a couple more hours before my flight home. Any ideas?

This number worked. I went through the menu to "Personal Travel" and hit option 4 to talk to a customer service representative. The call then started ringing, but nobody picked up. I let it ring for almost three minutes. I'm starting to get a little stressed! Need to get home tonight! 
Any other suggestions? Do you think they're working today?
