Are you referring to the Settlement Agreement on the Effect of Potential Crew Status Changes on Imputed Earnings and Signing Bonus Calculation?

Ah, yes. Read that one. The earnings report that states that gross revenues, operating income, and net income have all increased...although modestly.

Fed Ex is still making money, and actually made more than it did at this point last year. Yes, there are some concerns, but I wouldn't be jumping off the window ledge based on this alone.

Unless I was a "cake-eater". But that's a different story...

I just hope the NC doesn't fall for the "in this economy" we have to take what we can get. We need to be looking 15 years in the future not the gloom and doom of next week.

Well, I know I'm making less than I did last year, and quite a few pilots I've talked to are seeing the same. Lower BLG's, less m/u, and no international flying for my lowly seniority have put a triple hex on my W-2. At least now I won't be affected by the next administration's tax penalties so I've got that going for me, and that's nice...
