So a junior A300 & a junior 777 pilot holding reserve and not flown on a "double-crewed-super-long-range-flight" should be paid the exact same then every month?

A 777 reserve pilot being brought in for sim seat fills, deadheaded to NRT to then fly inter-asia, again, making the same as the A300 pilot assigned to TYS turns.

Also, do the Captain + FO +1RFO length flights not fall under this "premium pay" as well? I remember in ground school this year, mgt said one of the 1st routes the 777 will fly is MEM-ANC-NRT. No super-override raise there! Yes the MEM-CAN are a bonus, but then the CAN-NRT and your 100 hour overnights aren't at the higher rate either.

Humm.... More negotiations please.

Or perhaps the company doesn't want arbitration, that's why they insisted FE was fired and suddenly we have a proposed LOA from a DW hand-picked NC that has the rubber stamp ready.

Listen, no offense to JG but come on. If we are stupid enough to buy into the notion that a new negotiating chair can ride in on his white stallion and deliver us to the promised land then we deserve what we get.

The funny thing Mark, is that wiser men than me have always said, you can judge the caliber of a man by the caliber of his adversaries. You have been going head to head with him for quite some time.
