I'm going with the winning team this time. My NC speaks for me, I'm voting YES. This way I dont have to bother reading the dang thing.

There are a lot of ways to share the wealth; all for the triple 7, ULR only, scheduled credit or performance based. We have it all, in one form or another over our entire contract. As has been pointed out, a flat simple pay raise for just the 777 will reward all 777 bid holders and only 777 bid holders. At this time it is 250 pilots out of 4600, but we can expect it to increase in real numbers and as a percent of the total list in the future. On the other hand, we could spread the wealth among all flying similar trips (ULR double crews both 777 and MD). Or even better (IMHO) increase intl override for all pilots who can and do fly intl and a larger percent of the crew force would benefit.
Of course, The most senior would not get the full benefit as the money would be spread over more seats on more A/C types. The real battle is getting the pie as big as possible. How much is the URL work rules worth to Fedex. Let's push that issue and increase the premium for intl flying for all Fedex pilots.

If we get an LOA and vote it down simply because it is not a 380 pay scale, what ammo do we have with the arbitrator when the company says the 777 only carries about 15k more freight and they offered us an override for ULR flying, but we turned it down. All of this is speculation, so lets just wait and see what is offered, if anything. Until then, I won't make up my mind one way or the other.
That will be cool if it is all spelled out in black and white with no grey area. That has not happened as long as I have been here anyway, but maybe this time will be different. You are right, pretty hard to justify to the arbitarator why the 777 should pay more for the 11 when the 11 pays the same as the Bus but carries twice as much freight twice as far.

Let's wait til we see the whole thing. I think this might be a reasonable deal overall albeit not perfect. I also note that it would be extremely silly to believe this was a function of the new NC. Although i'm sure he played an important role as of late, the negotiating committee has been engaged and working on an agreeable solution for awhile.

Why so critical? Just saying what I want out of it. I have already offered ALPA to take any $hi##* job they have for me. Sorry if I am not as smart as you.

JJ's a really old dude. Not much chance of him being able to do that anymore. And that assumes he could undo the Depends by himself and wipe off the drool? With the Alzheimers, would he even remember what to do? LMAO
