decisions when operating in icing
conditions.
Takeoff Restrictions:
Do not takeoff in:
• Freezing rain (FZRA)
• Heavy freezing rain (+FZRA)
• Heavy freezing drizzle (+FZDZ)
• Heavy Ice pellets (+PL)
• Snow pellets (GS)
• Hail (GR)
• Light Ice Pellets mixed with Light or
Moderate Snow 6 degrees C or below
(-PLSN, SN -PL)
NOTE
Use ATIS or flight crew observation,
whichever the Captain deems to be
the most accurate."
