Are you honestly going to tell me that you read and understood that contract when you voted for it? You must be smarter than all the ALPA and company lawyers who put just about every issue that comes before them up for a debate because there is some grey area. I voted for it too since I was so worn down and would have accepted a water boarding session at that point.

Lawyers didn't negotiate the contract on our side. BC did. You should talk with our legal staff a little and get some insight into how BC did not like too much advice.
