I am flying with a Capt. now who has been flying draft and thinks it is great. It is amazing how self-centered some people are. He won't listen to a thing because he is so greedy.

BTW . . you want to share the greedy S.O.B.’s name? So we can all say a few prayers for him.

Looks like they gave the Subic stby trip (x931) to SIBA reserves. They either revised x932 or got rid of it. Can't find it anymore.

If they changed the trip number you won't find it. Try getting one of the individual leg numbers (i.e., FDX11) and doing an FT search in VIPS. That'll show you who's flying that leg. Then you can click on the guys calendar (if he allows it) and see what is going on.

OK. .name NAMES! . . OR someone send me an IM and *I* will publicize the name . .so my brothers and sisters still out there on the Line will know who is the ‘enemy within’.

As long as you have douch bags like this doing this stuff. . your chances of getting a good contract are diminished.

It doesn't really matter. It's totally ineffective, from what I hear.

I just flew with an LCA that sold back his vacation last month..... he didn't seem to care. So I didn't start anything, wasn't worth it.

I learned something many years ago while involved in a fight with small people carrying AK-47's. It's the little things that count. In many ways I consider our current situation a guerilla war. And in a guerilla war you have to be paying attention all of the time. When an opportunity presents itself to stick your finger in the other guys eye you need to take it. Once that opportunty passes it might never happen again. And often the other guy doesn't even know that you did it. The only thing he knows is that his eye is bothering him. But you know that you caused it and there is satisfaction in that knowledge.

Draft call? Who's going to know that you turned it down other than the scheduler that called you?

Sell back vacation? Who's going to know that you don't do it except you?

The F/O asks if you want to ask for a direct to clearance? Only you and the F/O (hopefully a fellow member) will know if you say, "Nah".

I'm not a fan of the 10K# fuel bump as a negotiating tactic. But to each his own. Fly your airplane safely, don't beat up on the equipment, treat ALL of your fellow employees with respect and give the job a 100% effort. But the little things would drive 'em nuts.
