- One to screen bags

- One sitting in the corner out front doing nothing
- Two to remind me to put the yellow tag on
- One person to actually check me in

What union are these folks in?

They must be using professional negogiators!!
They're also there to keep us safe after we've just flown the plane in.

Not to mention if your an FFDO, all ten of them to eye you suspiciously in case you might use your Federal Deputation and issued firearm to try and take over the free world........... P.S. Was told by a Jumpseat Admin Brain Surgeon that all Capts only have control over 1 (one) cockpit jumpseat. Can't wait for this to happen on my A/C w/me as Capt.

Can't the person checking you in also hand you the requisite number of tags also, or is that overtasking?

Have you ever had the pleasure of a Drive Thru window at a MEM fast food restaurant? Speaking of overtasking!

Never, but never do drive through in Memphis. They can't seem to ever get the order right, even when you're standing in front of them inside the place, but at least you can walk back up and say "I had ordered a chicken sandwich, but you gave me a triple hamburger instead." If you do drive through and after your food is delivered, you have to wait at the back of the 20-car line to change your now cold food for what you had ordered in the first place.

Since when does anyone here have control over anything??? The Co does not care one iota about money or safey....It's all about control...

Oops, the CO security office is sending me an IM as I type....

Actually, that's not the reason to never use a drive through in Memphis. A guy in my initial hire class was robbed at gunpoint while waiting in line. I've heard of other cases of the same.

No lie! I had the security lady in TPA 2 nights ago make me remove my shoes before going through the metal detector! Hmmm, I wonder if she felt safer now with my hands on the controls!

That reminds me, I need to send BW an email!

If it's delivered through your car window, "It's not food" and "if it wasn't food 100 years ago it's not food now."

this was the answer Huckabee gave when asked how he lost over 100 pounds. Now I know where BoyCaptain eats and most of the Captain crew force. "Super size it"
