To clarify, Joe the Pilot (
) has #1 VTO and bids two trips amounting to XX credit hours. Joe the Pilot does not get those trips and is told by Joe the Crew Planner that XX credit hours is over the max hours alotted to be built into a VTO. Joe the Pilot wants to know what the max hours is for future reference, ergo FCIF.

Not a 'union lurker' per se but I believe my previous post explains it.
