Last I talked to G he still wasn't interested in one. He doesn't fault the bar for the attack, nor do I really. Our beef was how the staff treated us and Danny's lack of action to change that afterward. It's his business and his right though. It's my right to get my story out and spend my money elsewhere. There was someone who called Danny right after this all happened claiming to be a lawyer representing G. It wasn't true and G told Danny so when they spoke over the phone a few weeks ago. A stand up thing to do in my opinion rather than let it stew out of spite or revenge, which he easily could have done. I don't know if Danny cared either way but G's not in it for the money although several of the staff accused us of that angle the evening in question. I can't say if a suit will ever be filed, it's not my call. Offhand, I'd say if he continues to heal and becomes 100% again, probably not.
