Sound familiar?
Could be familiar. But I don't know what she was told from McD's corporate attorneys ...

But there is a big difference between a multi-BILLION dollar world-wide corporation ...

And a bar off the main drag in Anchorage.

At least in the realm of corporate ethics, if there is such a thing.

I thought that was his point ... FWIW

True, not the same in term of size.

However, if you voice your concern and are told to go jump in a lake, do what you wish. If something happens that causes you (or somebody you know harm) and you choose to do NOTHING about it, who's to blame?

Yes, I know, NOBODY plans on going there anymore. And even Slice said he's not advocation a boycott. Just laying the story out for people to decide.

Wow, I'm pretty shocked at the chain of events here, along with the owner's pi$$ poor attitude concerning a customer's safety at his place of business. I just ate dinner there on Sunday night with three other pilots, and the place seemed pretty mellow and friendly. Of course, I was out of there by 8pm, before any hooligans arrived.

If I had been assaulted at this place of business, either by another customer or by a member of his staff, I would be seeking a legal remedy. I guarantee you that would get Danny's undivided attention. Based on the responses I've read here, I have a feeling that Danny will be experiencing a marked cash flow reduction at his establishment.

F St is a decent place with good food and close to the Hilton, but it looks like I'll have to walk a few more blocks to enjoy a grilled halibut sandwich in relative safety. No big loss.....good riddance F St.

Aeris,

You're killing me, I do remember Kimmy from mid 90's there. So true "Excuse me Kimmy, could I have another beer or should I just go ******* myself? That's exactly how she was. I was living down on 5th street way back. I sure do agree though, F st will not be where I visit upon my return...

One thing to consider in all this: said hockey punk with the tiny wee-wee will doubtless hear about "cargo pilots" complaining to the police and the F Street owner.

The next time some poor leather jacket wanders in the F Street with his buddies, he may get checked from behind also.

Then his pilot buddies and all the MTV types start a big brawl.

Some pilot goes too far and ends up with an aggravated assault conviction. This will cost him his SIDA badge and his job thanks to the TSA laws.

So do we not press charges for fear of the unknown? Maybe if we do nothing this time, the next time he's ****ed for whatever reason he does it again. Maybe the next guy gets hurt even worse...career ruined due to injury. We can 'what if' this to death.

PS-He's not a hockey player, he works on cars in some capacity.
