Slice, I wasn't there, not in your shoes, but you are puzzling me man...
If I have this straight:
1) You report here that your bud got suckerpunched and that not only was the staff not helpful to you guys, but one of them then hit you.
2) You thought this (rightfully so) warranted police action at the time.
3) You thought this (rightfully so) warranted involvement with the owner.
4) You talk to the owner, and from what I can tell, the whole incident is on frickin video and collaborates your version and he admits he knows who punk #1 is.
And you are not further involving the police with said evidence why??? And now you think rallying around the troops to boycott the place is not a good idea why??? You are killing me!!!
Am I the only one completely confused?

Danny should not have asked Slice if he wanted the girl fired. That is spineless and puts the onus on Slice to fix this guys bad personal decision.
Slice may not have wanted the girl prosecuted because that may mean he has to testify at her trial.
DO get a copy of the video tape - if it shows the girl slapping Slice, he should sue this guy - its like lotto. His insurance will pay.
Seems like Danny was a tool and didn't want to fire someone - it is hard to do but he should have fired her immediately without seeking Slice's input.

There's actually A LOT more to that story than most people know about. It wasn't about somebody who was "too stupid" to know that hot coffee burns and sh1t happens.
It was more about how McDonalds did a TERRIBLE job of listening to the concerns of said person, as well as taking measure to make sure it doesn't happen again. They told her pretty much what F street told you.

The guy who did this, his name will be forwarded to the police(which is G's call, not mine). I chose not to pursue legal action towards the PWT waitress. I didn't say don't boycott. I'm saying we're adults here, look at the facts, make up your own mind. I know that I will not spend another dime there.
Kimmy was the biggest Jeckle & Hyde they ever had there, but a few others have gotten nearly as bad the last year. His revenue stream is going to take is big hit because of this and I say he deserves it. These trust fund room temp IQ punks will eventually move somewhere else to drink as well and then we'll see what Danny's attitude is. Talk about killing the goose.
