"You can anticipate a HKG FO SIBA Bid in the near future. Tentative plans call for limited SIBA flying to start in December. We will continue to bid for the open FO positions."
Looks like maybe the FDA LOA wasn't good enough after all? What a huge surprise ... I'm disappointed the company and union couldn't agree on an LOA good enough to man the base? Maybe my expectations are just too high?

What are the costs of the DH tickets?
What are the costs of the hotel? ....and per diem?
How many credit hours are added by flying this as SIBA vs flying the trips out of HKG?
How do these costs compare to the monthly costs of the current LOA benefits?
Where are "our" beancounters?
