Default food for thought

All this banter about a comment "0" made in a recent email is interesting! How many times has someone from management stated something that never came to pass or was changed to "what I really meant to say"? Could this turn out to be STV instead of SIBA? I think everyone needs to sit back and relax until the FCIF is published and then we can banter about the merits of SIBA vs STV. Maybe the company will come up with a STV like SIBA bid

That's exactly what I thought at first --- does he mean SIBA or STV? Not too sure given the source.

I always heard that is the definition of 'torque'.
Disregard... Beaten to the punch...

Default Leverage

Torque involves some twisting motion. That's not at all what we're talking about here.

Torque is actually rotational force....not twisting. You can twist something to induce torque.....or you can rotate it around an axis by exerting leverage. i.e. a torque wrench....so technically both are right. But in reality, the porcelain provides an interesting fulcrum.

Archimedes would be proud.

Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.

evidently, he meant what he was reported to have said.....SIBA

(see FCIF out today for clarification if you're still confused)
