Default Dave Webb and BC: The LOA must be good if...

...you have to put out promo DVDs about the "Joy and Adventure of Living in Hong Kong!"

How many FOs you hope to get with this one? 11?

Funny thing is, I noticed there is not ONE Subic pilot interviewed in your DVD.

Wonder why that is. Maybe they've actually lived in SE Asia before?

And man, the schooling sure is great in HKG. No mention of the cost though. Or how much FedEx will pay for it. Ohh wait, they wont.

Yeah, there is a DVD out. Check your mail/locker. Wherever you get your paystubs.

And grab a sick sack.

Keep in mind that this DVD was produced by the company, not the union. I enjoyed how they pushed family this and family that but ignored the outrageous cost.

I have read some of the posts on the overseas base with FDX. I have not seen what the actual offers for housing , etc would consist of. Could someone put those up so we can see the numbers?

Just for reference I have communicated with friends, non pilots, in china about the packages they have recieved. ( Housing 10k/mo. gets a 2400 sq/ft appt.in high rise downtown, school costs a moving target, some have driver others not, )

UPS may someday do the same base concept that FDX uses, seems like we always end up following you .
