767, You got that right! I can't believe how many grievances get filed here. It just goes to show that we all need to keep up on our contract enforcement. Like the contract or not, it is ours. We need to do the best to keep it enforced.

To go way back. GM had a plant on the west coast that had 400 grievances a year, they shut it down and retired the management, they reopen in a joint operation with a Japanese company.
Around UPS/IPA 400 would probably be a lite year.
