Interesting, I've done sim with under 60 pilots where it was ugly. They where all FO's , some are going to be PFO's

Yeah, me too; except that the thread is supposed to be about over 60 guys in training and whether they are showing up for class. I appreciate the defensive comment though.

What , your unhappy when an over sixty guy ditches the upgrade? Or gets a couple more weeks out of the company by sitting in class ?

Nothing defensive about the comment , just a fact.

Dude, I have no idea what you are talking about. Where did you get that I am upset/unhappy about anything? There wasn't a personal comment in my post anywhere. I'm trying to answer Freightpuppy's question about if over 60 guys are showing up for training. There's enough flamebait on this thread as it is without you piling on.

Comair is hiring.

Surely you can't be serious.

Of course I'm not going to quit, my point is ANC SUCKS!!!! And it it no fun to be trapped in a base with no way out for years to come. It is my ONLY complaint with this job. I consider myself very fortunate like I said, but ANC is tearing my family apart.

Hang in there, FIT. I can't tell you when it will get better, but it will get better. I wish you the best!

I'm sure a few of us are interested - what is the family's problem up there? If you don't mind saying. Alot of us are contemplating a move up to ANC....

You could have bid to FE. Don't commute. Stay in SDF.

You cannot bid down per the contract w/o one heck of a reason. They didn't take the probationary voluteers either.
