Try a different computer. I can't log on on my lap top but can on my desktop and cellphone. Some IE issue I think. Try turning off protected mode.

I'm not even going to ask if it's tied into accepted fares...

I second FDXLAG's suggestion. Mine quit working on my laptop, but works on my wife's. I've tried changing the security settings and privacy settings, but it doesn't seem to fix it. I also tried calling the folks that run TripManager, but they reported no problems on their end.
Its probably because my laptop has become a BOT for some Russian mob...
Anyone have the fix for this issue??!!

I haven't had any problems logging on, but I'm using my the new TripManger bookmark/logon that I just added to MagicWebFX. Yes, a small shameless plug to be able to share what I've learned. I'm pretty sure that Protected Mode is a VISTA only 'enhancement' for IE7.
I have noticed that when I run IE7 from my VISTA system, it runs in the protected mode, but protected mode is turned off when MagicWebFX opens its own IE7 window. The program also accesses the green screen without a problem too but I'm not sure if that due to the protected mode off or because the master program runs in the admin mode.
If you need a password reset, I think someone in the Global Travel back office that does that for us (at least did for me a couple years back).
I use it for schedules and fare guesses and if the deal is under the accepted fare I've booked with it. Last 2 AA tickets were ticketed a little less than the TripManager quoted fare.

Are you guys trying to log on directly to trip manager or do you go through the company web page and then click on the link? I have no problem going through company webpage. Used it yesterday and today.
